Myrtle Beach 2008

My mom and I went to Myrtle Beach for a week and here are the pics. It was great weather and really hot!!! Rusty stayed home with Bryce to finish up his Master's class which ended the 24th and now he has a two week break!! Rusty did great with Bryce I was so proud of him. His mom only watched Bryce one night out of 8 and during the evening when Rusty had his final. Thanks to Christy and Ralph for feeding Rusty and Bryce. Bryce had fun playing in the water with Chloe and Carter during the week. The boys loved swimming and the water park the resort had. They even have a kids club at the resort where they can sign up for certain actvities like ceramics, magic tricks with baloons, pirate and princess events... the boys loved it and it gave me and my mom a couple of hours to our self each day ( which we spent reading and sunbathing on the beach). Hopefully next year I will plan better around Rusty's college classes and they can go too. He graduates next July. Although I think Rusty liked the peace and the golf during the day!! We are leaving 07/02 to go to San Antonio to visit Rust's sister and three kids. It should be an adventure with 6 kids!! Luckly her oldest is a senior in high school so we might get to out no kids one night!!

Pics from spring/summer events!!!

Well...I am so far behind in posting pictures its not funny so I am going to post some of some events so far. Jackson and Nicholas have both finished up Bernie Webb baseball. They both did awesome - we are sooo proud of both of them! We went to a Braves game in Atlanta and a Smokies game in Sevierville. In Atlanta we also went to Coke World and the Aquarium (which was really neat). We have been swimming alot in our neighbors pool which they were kind enough to give us a key to. Bryce stood on our brick pillars as the new ornament! Don't worry Rusty was behind the pillar! Also he looks pretty funny in his swimming gear. He is crazy over swimming he screams when we get out. Bryce's Birthday is coming up and he will be 2 on 07/25. I am happy but also sad because he is getting so old and big! He still loves to snuggle in the mornings and at night - my favorite time with him! The boys got new beds and rid of their bunk beds and they love them! So enjoy the pics!!!

Jackson's 7th Birthday!

Jackson turned 7 on April 9th and all he wanted was to have some friends spend the night. I allowed him to invite four friends over to spend the night on Friday night. First we took all six boys including brother Nick ( Bryce stayed with Grandma Gail) to O'Charley's to eat. We definitely put some smiles and smirks on some people's faces eating there and probably scared our waitress when she first saw the table! The boys were actually really good at O'Charleys next it was back home for some PlayStation 2 and 3 . Jackson had a great time and was asking when they could all come back. Jackson also got a surprise when his dad gave him his birthday present of Braves tickets right behind home plate in the Hank Aaron section. We are going down May 3rd and I hope it does not get rained out!

Easter Pics

I am finally posting some new pictures! First are the boys at Easter. It was cold on Easter so we really did not go outside and hunt eggs but we did color eggs at Aunt Megan's. After church we ate Easter lunch at Megan's and Brad's. Brad's mom and brother were there too. Hope you enjoy the pics!

Past Two Weeks

Over the past two weeks we have survived RSV, the Flu, and ear infections. I am sooo ready for spring. I think I have actually stayed home more in Feb. than I have been at work. At least I have the option of going in on weekends and at night once Rusty gets home! Hopefully Jackson will go back to school tomorrow they are going on a field trip to see Sue the Dinosaur. He went to the Gray Museum with his MeMe and loved it so he is very excited. To recap the past two weeks here are the latest pics! As you can see Bryce's shirt says it all after he did that with his yogurt! His is also definitely mommy's boy because we both looove chocolate! Jackson is with his friend Thomas on Valentines with his box he made (this was before the flu hit).

Nick's Valentine's Crafts

I went Mon. Feb. 11th to Nicks class and brought foam bookmarks and stickers along with hearts to make hademade Valentines day presents for their parents. I really enjoyed this but was only there a little over an hour. I certainly do not envy his teacher with 20 four year olds! As you can see from the pics the kids had tons of fun. I even brought a Valentine book and read to them.
